LIFE TRANSITION COACHING · INDIVIDUALS & COUPLES

You Sold the Business.
What Comes Next?

You spent years building something that mattered. Now there is room to decide what you want life to look like beyond the business.

Whether you have just sold, are preparing to step away, or are moving into a new community, coaching offers a place to explore the possibilities and make a practical plan for your next chapter.

A conversation about where you are, what you want next, and whether coaching feels like a fit.

A new chapter can bring freedom—and questions.

You may feel excited, relieved, unsettled or simply ready for something different. You do not need to have the answers before you begin.

Identity beyond ownership

Who am I when I am no longer running the business?

Explore the strengths, values and interests you want to carry forward, and the responsibilities you are ready to leave behind.

A day you look forward to

What will give my days meaning and structure?

Consider how learning, contribution, friendships, projects and open time could fit into a week that feels like yours.

Belonging in a new place

How do I build connection after a move?

Identify ways to meet people, find shared interests and establish routines in a community you are beginning to call home.

For you. For both of you. For the life ahead.

When a business has shaped your schedules and decisions for years, stepping away can change daily life for both partners. One of you may want adventure; the other may want time to settle. You may be discovering what you want as individuals as well as together.

Coaching creates space to discuss those expectations, make room for independent interests and identify experiences you would enjoy sharing.

Coming on your own? We begin with your priorities, your relationships and the kind of life you want to build. You do not have to call it retirement.

Start with a better conversation.

What would a satisfying ordinary week look like for each of us?

What do we want to explore together—and independently?

Which decisions need our attention now, and which can wait?

Turn possibilities into a personal plan.

We work from your circumstances and priorities, with reflection, conversation and manageable actions between sessions.

Retire from Work, Not Life.

A few questions you may have

Do I need to have sold my business already?

No. You can begin while preparing to sell, during the transition or after stepping away. We focus on the personal questions that matter at your stage.

What if I am not planning to retire?

You may want another venture, a different kind of work, volunteering, travel or time to explore. Coaching helps you consider those choices and how they fit the rest of your life.

Can we work together as a couple?

Yes. We can explore your individual priorities and shared plans. The discovery call is a chance to discuss what support would be useful for both of you.

How much does coaching cost?

Current packages are Essentials ($1,250), Transformation ($2,495) and Legacy ($3,995). We can discuss which level of support fits your circumstances. Explore the coaching packages.

Does this include advice about selling the business?

The focus is your personal transition: identity, relationships, purpose and daily life. Your transaction, legal, tax and financial advisers handle the business sale and financial decisions.

What would you like this next chapter to make possible?

You do not need a finished plan. Bring the questions, possibilities or decisions that are on your mind. We will begin there.
