OLLI & LIFELONG LEARNING
Curiosity, Connection
and What’s Next
What have you always wanted to explore—and what might happen if you started now?
An interactive learning experience with Arthur Schwartz, PCC, for adults who enjoy discovering new ideas, sharing perspectives and staying engaged with life.

An old interest. A new connection.
An unexpected possibility.
Perhaps there’s a subject you’ve always wanted to study, a skill you’d enjoy sharing, or a project that keeps coming back to mind. This session makes room to explore those possibilities—with fresh questions, shared experiences and the perspectives of fellow learners.
Members bring a lifetime of experience and plenty of their own ideas. The conversation builds on that experience, opening space for something interesting to happen next.
Three questions to spark the conversation
An interest you’ve postponed
What keeps catching your attention?
A language, local history, photography or a subject you have always meant to explore. What would make it enjoyable to begin?
A project you’d enjoy sharing
What could you create or contribute?
A family story collection, a community project, mentoring or a creative collaboration. Who might enjoy joining you?
A connection you’d like to make
Where could a shared interest lead?
A walking group, a discussion circle or a fellow learner with a different perspective. What could you discover together?
Five lenses. Plenty of possibilities.
Arthur’s Five Ps™ framework gives the conversation a simple structure. Participants can focus on whichever area sparks their interest.

What happens in the session?
A welcoming mix of individual reflection, shared conversation and practical exploration.
01 · Reflect
A few inviting questions help participants notice an interest, possibility or idea they would enjoy exploring.
02 · Exchange ideas
Guided conversation gives fellow learners a chance to share experiences, hear different perspectives and discover common interests.
03 · Try something
Each participant chooses one small, personally meaningful experiment: a conversation to start, a subject to explore or a project to begin.
Something to take away
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Use the Five Ps to identify an area they would like to explore.
- Describe an opportunity for learning, connection or contribution.
- Choose a practical next step that fits their interests and pace.
