Arthur is the President and Founder of Accelerant Coaching, a Certified Executive Coach, and a Professional Trainer/Coach, working with clients including Cisco Systems, Tech Data, MetLife, and Brighthouse Financial.
Arthur is a contemporary learner who combines extensive experience with emerging trends and the latest technology to spark innovative thinking and solutions. Arthur’s leadership roles, including VP and President, have spanned a variety of industries. His broad perspective comes from leading and coaching successful teams in corporations with revenue of up to $ 51 billion, while also working with many start-ups and small, entrepreneurial companies. He has delivered coaching and training globally for the past thirty years throughout North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, spanning Stockholm to Singapore.

Arthur earned his BS from SUNY Cortland. He received his Professional Coach Certification training from GI Institute in New York City. Arthur is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serves as a founding Board member of the San Diego chapter of ICF. He is a Certified Practitioner of Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ). He is also a SalesHood Certified Expert in implementing the “SalesHood” Sales Enablement Platform. Arthur is also a practitioner of “Coaching with ROI”, a system designed to demonstrate quantitative and qualitative value to individuals and companies enrolled in coaching contracts or projects. Arthur’s sales-related credentials and certifications include Conversational Selling, Conceptual Selling, Karras Negotiation, and “Fire-Up Your Presentations” Training.

Jack has over 30 years of experience in growing business to business companies and non-profit organizations. The Corlea Group’s consulting services have helped numerous companies create and execute growth strategies driving measurable and sustainable growth since the Corlea Group’s founding over 11 years ago.
Since 2009, Jack has facilitated the Sales strategy and sales process development for companies in Southern California and the U.S. He has helped numerous companies develop their step by step prospect centered Sales Experience. His models have helped define the discreet steps to be followed ensuring the right Prospects are given the right resources at the right time, driving sales velocity, visibility, and profitable new business for his clients. Industries included are software, financial services, digital marketing, human capital management, manufacturing, and biotech. In addition, Jack provides fractional Sales Leadership services. Currently, Jack is SVP of Business Development for Achieve Internet, a software development company leading their efforts selling API Management professional services to Fortune 1000 customers.
Mr. Kelly holds both a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. Jack serves on the board advisors for DSD Associates, Inc. and Brainleap Technologies in San Diego. Mr. Kelly remains active in his community serving on the board of Trustees for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of San Diego/Hawaii and as a volunteer for theUniversity of San Diego Alumni Association.
