What if we were to change these stories into ones that are more empowering? Arthur Schwartz’s professional career started as a trainer at Dale Carnegie.
Today, he integrates coaching, training, leadership skills, sales & marketing, and business management into accelerated professional effectiveness and, most importantly, netting new business. More plainly: he gets the job – whatever it is – done.
Arthur is Founder of Accelerant Coaching & Training. As a Certified Executive Coach, and Master Trainer with FIRE UP Training and Development, he has worked with a myriad of clients, including Cisco Systems for over 12 years, facilitating multi-day workshops for sales engineers.
By combining his extensive 30 years of in-the-trenches experiences with new technology and emerging trends, Arthur sparks innovative thinking and solutions.
His leadership roles have included VP and President positions spanning a variety of industries. Arthur’s broad perspective comes from leading successful corporate teams with revenues topping $1 billion, to working with numerous start-ups and small, entrepreneurial companies. For instance, he developed and lead sales training departments at two publicly held corporations.
Arthur received his Professional Coach Certification training from GI Institute in New York City. He is a Professional Certified Coach (P.C.C), credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and serves as a founding Board member of the San Diego chapter of ICF.
Arthur is a certified Practitioner of Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) as well as an enhanced practitioner of “Coaching with ROI,” a system that demonstrates quantitative and qualitative value to individuals and companies enrolled in coaching contracts or projects.
