What to Expect:

We will focus on what matters most to you. What is at the top of your list? And what are your priorities? Working as a team, we will identify what’s working right for you, what’s not quite right, and what you want (your vision). From there, we identify the gap between the two and determine what resources will help you close the gap. Lastly, we will close the gap by building a plan that supports what is most important to you to achieve and put that plan into action.

Will we accomplish all of that in an hour? Very unlikely, … but you ’ll be able to identify what steps you’ll need to take to reach your goals and if you and I are a good fit. Most importantly, you be able to decide whether or not coaching is a viable option to help you get there faster, more efficiently, and with more confidence.

Your Complimentary Coaching Session happens in three phases:

Phase I: We will talk and get to know each other. During this first of two 30-minute coaching sessions, you will receive coaching based on your homework. We will create a step by step action plan for a goal you want to accomplish, and you will gain an understanding of the coaching process and what’s possible for you through coaching.  You should have scheduled your second of two 30-minute sessions during the booking process. You will receive homework to complete, which we’ll use as a basis for our 2nd 30-minute coaching session.

Phase II: During your second 30-minute coaching session, we will review how you are progressing on your goal, including wins, challenges, and what resources you need to overcome them.  It’s a great opportunity for “learning moments”.  After two, 30-minutes sessions, you should have a clear picture of what is coaching and whether it is right for you! You are under no contractual obligation to continue if this is not the right time to begin coaching. But if it is the right time for you to start coaching, you’ve already started!

Phase III: 1-2 weeks after your 2nd 30-minute coaching session, we will connect again via email. We will look at your results from your action plan, the support structures you have in place, and any changes that are needed.
